Cabozer 60mg Tablet

Cabozer 60mg is an anticancer medication that contains Cabozantinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. In adults, it is used to treat:

Advanced kidney cancer (often in combination with Nivolumab)

Locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer

Liver cancer when Sorafenib is no longer effective

This medication is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Who Should Avoid Cabozer 60mg
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to Cabozantinib or any of its ingredients.

Precautions
Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have:

Liver disease

Inflammatory bowel disease

High blood pressure or heart disease

Diarrhea

A history of blood clots in the legs, significant bleeding, aneurysm, or tears in blood vessel walls

Also, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or have fertility concerns. Use effective contraception during treatment and for at least four months after your last dose.

Other Important Information

If you have thyroid problems, your thyroid function should be checked before starting treatment.

Inform your doctor if you have had surgery, including dental procedures, in the past month.

Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as they may increase the level of this medication in your blood.

This tablet contains lactose. If you are intolerant to sugar, discuss this with your doctor.

It acts against a protein called receptor tyrosine kinases and interferes with cell signaling, ultimately stopping the growth and spread of cancer cells. Cazanat 40mg is indicated alone or in combination with Nivolumab.

Interaction of Cabozer 60mg Tablet with other drugs

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications such as antibiotics, St, John's Wort, Aliskiren and other medicine may interact with Cazanat 40mg and can cause undesirable side effects.
