Therapeutic Effects of Vibro 10mg Injection

Vecuronium is an intermediate-duration non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocker with minimal cardiovascular effects. It competitively antagonizes acetylcholine at nicotinic receptors, causing skeletal muscle relaxation with no histamine release.

Interaction of Vibro 10mg Injection with other drugs

Enhanced by volatile anaesthetics, aminoglycosides, and magnesium. Succinylcholine prior use potentiates block. Reversed by neostigmine with glycopyrrolate.

How to consume Vibro 10mg Injection

Reconstituted and administered IV by anaesthesiologist only. Intubating dose: 0.08-0.1mg/kg. Maintenance: 0.02-0.03mg/kg as needed during surgery.
