Lenvabuzz 10 mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Lenvatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is used in the treatment of progressive or advanced thyroid cancer when radioactive iodine therapy is no longer effective. It is also prescribed for patients with previously untreated liver cancer who are not eligible for surgical management.

Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, an advanced and aggressive form of thyroid cancer, is most commonly seen in individuals over 60 years of age. It is typically characterized by a firm, enlarged thyroid gland and hoarseness of voice resulting from paralysis of the nerve that controls the vocal cords.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) usually develops in individuals with underlying liver conditions such as cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis B infection.

Patients with a known allergy to Lenvabuzz 10 mg Capsule or any of its ingredients should avoid using this medication. It is important to inform your dentist or oral surgeon if you are taking lenvatinib, as the medication may delay wound healing and increase the risk of bleeding.

Lenvabuzz 10mg Capsule blocks the enzyme receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). RTKs develop new blood vessels that supply oxygen and nutrients to the cells and help them grow. This medicine inhibits the receptors that facilitate the growth of blood vessels in tumor cells. RTKs are present in high concentrations in cancer cells, and administration of this medicine slows down the rate of cancer cells’ growth and multiplication.
