Midazolam is a short-acting water-soluble benzodiazepine that potentiates GABA-A receptor activity, producing anxiolysis, sedation, anterograde amnesia, and anticonvulsant effects with rapid onset and short duration.

Interaction of Insed Atomiser 5mg Spray with other drugs

Additive CNS depression with opioids, alcohol, and other sedatives. CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, erythromycin) significantly increase plasma levels. Flumazenil reverses effects.
