Daslemia 50mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Dasatinib. It is indicated for adults and children aged 1 year and older diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML).
This medication is used for the treatment of:

Newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia in the chronic phase, and
Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who are resistant to or cannot tolerate previous therapies.

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a form of blood cancer caused by a genetic abnormality involving the Philadelphia chromosome, which results in the excessive production of abnormal white blood cells.
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is the most frequent type of blood cancer in children. It is characterized by the rapid and uncontrolled multiplication of lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell), which survive longer than they should.
