Arbaz 60mg Injection contains the active ingredient cabazitaxel. It is an anticancer medication used in combination with the steroid prednisone or prednisolone to treat patients with hormone-refractory metastatic prostate cancer that has progressed after previous anticancer treatments, including docetaxel.

Cancer is a condition in which cells grow and divide uncontrollably. Many early-stage prostate cancers rely on normal testosterone levels to grow, but in hormone-refractory metastatic prostate cancer, the disease continues to progress even when testosterone levels are reduced.

Contraindications:

Do not use this injection if you have severe liver dysfunction or have recently received a yellow fever vaccination.

Common toxicities include myelosuppression, neurotoxicity, and allergic reactions.

This drug may make you dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely.
